Shipping policy

All orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Some potential delays might occur due to a high volume of orders during holidays and/or postal service problems or extreme weather conditions or disasters that are outside of our control.  

Domestic and International Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We offer free shipping for orders over $50 within the United States. International Shipping rates apply to all international orders. International customers are responsible for any customs and duty charges which might occur in their countries. 

Store Pickup  -  19 South Chester Road, Swarthmore, PA 19081

In-store pickup is available Monday - Saturday, 12 pm - 5 pm. Please choose the day you would like to pickup your order during checkout. An email will be sent to you once your order is ready for pickup. Your order will generally be ready within 1 hour if placed during store hours; otherwise, upon start of the next business day. If you prefer to meet us for curbside pickup, please call or email the store to make arrangements. Store pickup is free and easily accessible.

Local Delivery

We offer free delivery for orders within 2 miles of our store in Swarthmore, PA. We use Google maps to calculate local delivery miles. 

Holiday Shipping  

We are not responsible for delays in delivery of parcels due to shipment companies' disruptions in operations during the busy holiday seasons. We encourage you to order early.
